精细营养护理在首次化疗胃癌患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精细营养护理对首次化疗胃癌患者能量摄入与体质量的影响。方法择取2017年10月至2019年12月首次接受化疗的胃癌手术患者200例为研究样本,以随机数字表法等量均分为对照组100例与试验组100例,对照组接受首次化疗常规护理,试验组接受精细化护理干预,组建精细化营养管理小组,通过拟订精细化饮食指导计划、选用精细化营养管理工具、制订并落实精细化营养管理流程等措施实施精细营养护理干预。结果干预后,试验组胃癌患者首次化疗后体质量下降值低于对照组,能量、蛋白质、维生素摄入量和对首次化疗护理服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用精细营养护理对首次化疗胃癌患者实施干预,可维持患者首次化疗后能量营养摄入处于较好状态,降低体质量下降程度,得到患者认可,可在临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of fine nutrition nursing system on energy intake and body mass of patients with gastric cancer after first chemotherapy.Methods A total of 200 cases with gastric cancer after first chemotherapy were selected as the objects between October 2017 to December 2019,who were divided into 100 control groups and 100 experimental groups using the table of random numbers.The control group received the routine nursing of first chemotherapy while the experimental group received the intervention of fine nutrition nursing,which included establishing the refined nutrition management team,formulating detailed dietary guidance plan,selecting management tools,practicing that process and other measures.Results The body mass loss of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The intake of energy,protein,vitamin and the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention of fine nutrition nursing system on gastric cancer patients can maintain the intake of energy and nutrient in a better state after the first chemotherapy,which can reduce the body mass loss and receive patient approval.This nursing system can be popularized in clinic practice.
