中青年冠心病患者PCI术后恢复性生活的健康需求研究

摘　　要：目的了解中青年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后对恢复性生活的健康需求。方法采用一般资料调查表、冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术术后恢复性生活健康信息需求问卷对北京市某三级甲等医院心脏中心治疗的140例中青年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者进行调查。结果冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后恢复性生活健康信息需求总分为(40.17±4.21)分,年龄、本次植入支架数目、合并症是影响患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后恢复性生活的健康信息需求的影响因素。结论医护人员应该对重点人群进行有针对性的性生活健康信息指导,改善患者的负性心理,帮助患者术后恢复性生活,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate health information needs about sexual life after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in young and middle-aged patients.Methods The General Information Questionnaire and Sexual Health Information Demand Questionnaire were used to investigate 140 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in a 3A-level hospital in Beijing.Results The total score of health information needs for recovery sexual life was(40.17±4.21),and the main influencing factors were age,the number of stents implanted and complications.Conclusion Medical care personnel should target the guidance of sexual health information to the patient after PCI to improve their negative psychological state,so as to recover their sexual life and improve the quality of life.
