摘  要:通过设置不同的层间停留时间、送丝速度和增材速度,对增材制造单道多层的直壁墙试样进行了金相、硬度和拉伸试验,在平行和垂直于增材2个方向上研究了工艺参数对Al-Si合金CMT增材制造组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:在层间停留时间为60 s时,得到的微观组织最好,多为等轴晶;随送丝速度的增大,晶粒逐渐变大;随增材速度的增大,晶粒逐渐变小.送丝速度为3和4 m·min-1时,硬度较高,当送丝速度为4 m·min-1和增材速度为50 cm·min-1时,平行和垂直于增材2个方向上的抗拉强度和延伸率的差异最小,这时断口表面有很多深浅形状不一的韧窝,接头具有较好的塑性,断裂方式为韧性断裂.因此,Al-Si合金CMT增材制造较优的工艺参数为:层间停留时间为60 s,送丝速度为4 m·min-1,增材速度为50 cm·min-1.The effects of process parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy CMT additive manufacturing were studied in all directions by setting different inter-layer residence time,wire feed speed and additive speed,additive manufacturing of single-layer multi-layer straight wall sample.After metallographic,hardness and tensile tests,the results show that the microstructure obtained by the inter-layer residence time of 60 s is the best,mostly equiaxed crystals;as the wire feed speed increases,the grains gradually grow coarse;with the increase of the material addition speed,the obtained grains gradually become fine.The hardness is higher when the wire feed speed is 3 m·min-1 and 4 m·min-1.When the wire feed speed is 4 m·min-1 and the additive speed is 50 cm·min-1,the tensile strength and elongation in parallel and perpendicular to the two directions of the additive the difference is the smallest.There are many dimples with different depths and shapes on the fracture surface.The joint has good plasticity and the fracture mode is toughness fracture.The better process parameters of Al-Si alloy CMT additive manufacturing are:residence time between layers 60 s,wire feed speed 4 m·min-1,additive speed 50 cm·min-1.
