摘 要:针对FAE燃料抛撒形成的铝粉/空气两相混合物云团浓度检测困难,当前实验室浓度测试方法缺乏实时瞬态检测能力的问题,提出了基于脉冲超声的FAE燃料云团浓度检测装置。该装置基于相关频率的超声衰减理论,结合超声脉冲波的抗干扰能力强和分辨力高的特点,利用气压将一定质量的铝粉吹入20 L容器罐,在罐内形成铝粉/空气两相混合物云团;通过脉冲驱动构建超声脉冲波检测电路,根据不同脉冲周期内的超声脉冲波衰减实现对动态云团浓度计算。试验测试结果表明,该装置对标称浓度50~750 g/m3分散的动态超声衰减具备明显的梯度特征,拟合得到了超声衰减系数与浓度之间的关系曲线。该装置具备对FAE燃料抛撒云团浓度的检测能力,为实现FAE燃料在抛撒过程中的最优起爆浓度识别奠定了试验基础。In view of the difficulty in detecting the concentration of aluminum powder/air two-phase mixture cloud formed by FAE fuel throwing,and the current laboratory concentration test method lacked real-time transient detection capability,a FAE fuel cloud concentration detection device based on pulsed ultrasound was proposed.The device was based on the ultrasonic attenuation theory of related frequencies,combined with the strong anti-interference ability and high resolution characteristics of the ultrasonic pulse wave,used air pressure to blow a certain quality of aluminum powder into a 20L container can,forming a two-phase aluminum powder/air in the can Mixture cloud cluster.The ultrasonic pulse wave detection circuit was constructed by pulse drive,and the dynamic cloud cluster concentration was calculated according to the ultrasonic pulse wave attenuation in different pulse periods.Test results showed that the device had obvious gradient characteristics for dynamic ultrasonic attenuation with a nominal concentration of 50~750 g/m3,and the relationship curve between ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and concentration was obtained by fitting.The device had the ability to detect the concentration of FAE fuel thrown clouds,which laid the experimental foundation for realizing the identification of the optimal initiation concentration of FAE fuel during the throwing process.
