摘 要:针对中小口径制导迫弹储备电池的小型激活机构在迫弹发射环境下可靠激活和高过载跌落环境下勤务处理安全的矛盾,提出了迫弹储备电池的小型低过载激活机构。在保证惯性件质量的前提下,该机构通过惯性块和击针座两个惯性件的半圆柱形设计减小其径向尺寸,通过两个惯性件的并列安装、击针与弹簧的错位布局及击针座质心的错位布局减少其轴向尺寸。仿真表明:该机构在13000 g,0.375 ms三角形跌落过载曲线下,惯性块向下运动时,通过钢珠对击针座进行约束,击针座在跌落过载时间内不会戳击火帽,且惯性块在跌落过载结束后复位;在1000 g,5 ms梯形发射过载曲线下,击针座被释放,并可在1000 g过载区间加速运动,戳击针刺火帽。根据所使用火帽的要求和所利用的过载值大小,选配合适的击针座重量及击针与火帽间距,该机构可以可靠起爆针刺火帽,激活电池。To settle the contradition between the reliable of thermal battery activation for motar projectilein low overload environment and the safety in high overload dropping environment,a activation device of thermal battery for motar projectile in low overload environment was proposed.While the weight of inertia mass and fire pin holder was ensured,the two parts were desigined to be half cylinder to reduce the radius.A inertia mass and fire pin holder were designed to install side by side to reduce the axis hight of the device.The dislocation layout of fire pin and fire pin holer spring and the dislocation layout of fire pin holder were also designed to reduce the axis hight of the device.Simulation results showed that this device could not ignite the detonating cap in the 13000 g,0.375 ms triangle dropping overload curve.The fire pin holder could be released by the inertia mass in the 1000 g,5 ms trapezoid fire overload curve,and the 1000 g overload to crash the detonating cap.According the detonating cap request and the fire overload,choose the weight of pin holder and the distance of fire pin and the detonating cap,the device could ignite the detonating cap,and the thermal battery could be activated.
