摘  要:通过大颗粒尿素造粒装置粉尘洗涤器回收尿液,并将其加入到蒸发系统,分析此操作对前系统的影响,对比将尿液加入真空预浓缩器分离器还是加入真空浓缩器的加入点,在实际生产中调节蒸发预浓缩的压力与蒸发系统蒸汽用量的对应关系,最终确定回收尿液加入点,选取的最优方案是加入真空预浓缩器分离器,在生产中降低了蒸汽耗量,实现提质增效。Use dust scrubber of the Granular unit to recycle urine,and add it to the evaporation system.Analyze the influence of this operation on the system aforementioned,and compare the injection point of urine into the vacuum pre-concentrator separator and that into the vacuum concentrator.During actual production,by adjusting the corresponding relation between the evaporation pre-concentration pressure and the steam consumption of the evaporation system,the injection point of the recycled urine is finally determined.The optimal solution selected is to add into the vacuum pre-concentrator separator to reduce steam consumption during production,and thus increase both the quality and the efficiency.
