摘 要:为研究多点同步起爆系统同步性时间以及系统设计方法问题,采用基于爆炸同步网络技术的微型导爆索工艺以及基板式炸药沟槽装药工艺,基于冲击片雷管技术,设计3种多点同步起爆系统,分别对其组件的作用过程进行拍摄,对系统的同步性时间进行测试和对比,对同步性时间的影响因素等性能进行分析研究。实验结果表明:基于冲击片雷管的多点同步起爆系统同步性时间最优,制作工艺更便于控制,系统体积更便于小型化设计,在武器弹药系统中更便于进行系统集成;影响冲击片雷管多点同步起爆系统同步性时间的主要因素是雷管的参数、发火能量裕度、各支路的等效参数等;影响基于导爆索方法的多点同步起爆系统同步性时间的主要因素是导爆索的爆速和爆速偏差;影响基于沟槽装药方法的多点同步起爆系统同步性时间的主要因素是装药工艺。In order to study the synchronization time and design method of multi-point synchronous initiation system,three kinds of multi-point synchronous initiation systems were designed based on explosive synchronous circuit technology and exploding foil initiator(EFI)technology.The explosive process of components and parts were photographed by using a flash X-ray system,the synchronization times of multi-point synchronous initiation systems were tested and compared,and the factors affecting the synchronization time were analyzed.The experimental results show that the EFI-based multi-point synchronous initiation system has the best synchronization time,the manufacturing process is more convenient to control,the system volume is more convenient for miniaturization design,and the system integration is more convenient in the weapon ammunition system.The main factors affecting the synchronization time of EFI-based multi-point synchronous initiation system are detonator parameters,ignition energy margin,and equivalent parameters of each branch,etc.The main factors affecting the synchronization time of the multi-point synchronous initiation system based on the detonation cord method are the detonation velocity and deviation of detonation cord.The main factors affecting the synchronization time of multi-point synchronous initiation system based on the grooved charge method are charging process and technology.
