摘 要:武器弹药内含有敏感的火工品,分析武器弹药内火工品的安全性,对于评估武器弹药在电磁环境中的安全性具有重要意义。利用ANSOFT HFSS电磁仿真软件建立某火箭弹及其发动机配用电火工品(EED)的电磁仿真模型,计算分析射频环境下EED感应电流的大小;在电波暗室中利用EED感应电流定量测试系统,定量监测单个EED及火箭弹在射频电磁环境中的响应参数,并与试验测试结果进行比对分析,获得火箭弹在射频电磁环境中的耦合规律。研究结果表明,在电火工品配装模式下,火工品感应电流为毫安级,据此计算的火箭弹最大安全场强为1375.3 V/m,为评估火箭弹射频环境中的安全性提供了数据支持。Weapon and ammunition contain sensitive electric explosive devices(EEDs),and the analysis of the safety of EED in weapon and ammunition is an significant significance for assessing the safety of weapon and ammunition in RF electromagnetic environment.ANSOFT HFSS electromagnetic simulation software is used to establish an electromagnetic simulation model of a particular rocket projectile.The magnitude of the induced current of EED in RF electromagnetic environment is calculated and analyzed.In the anechoic chamber,a quantitative test system for the induced current of EED is used to quantitatively monitor the response parameters of single EED and rocket projectile in RF electromagnetic environment,and then the test results are compared and analyzed.Coupling law of rocket projectile in RF electromagnetic environment was obtained,and the safe field strength of rocket projectile in RF electromagnetic environment was calculated.Research results show that the induced current of EED is milliamperes under the assmebly mode of EED,and the calculated maximum safe field strength of rocket projectile,which provides data surpport for evaluating the safety of rocket projectile in radio frequency environment.
