摘　　要：氢气是一种无色无味、难溶于水的气体,具有一定的还原性。近年来,越来越多的研究表明氢气具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗细胞凋亡等作用,是一种新型的医疗用气体分子,对多种疾病具有良好的防治作用。本文简要介绍了氢气的给药途径以及可能的作用机制,综述氢气在缺血再灌注损伤、代谢疾病、神经退行性疾病等领域的研究进展,并对氢气在新型冠状病毒感染患者治疗中的应用进行简要分析,指出当前氢气在医疗领域所面临的问题和解决方法,以期为更好地利用这一新型治疗性气体分子提供参考。Hydrogen is a colorless,odorless,insoluble gas with a certain degree of reducibility.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that hydrogen has oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis effects.It is a new type of medical gas molecule and has a good preventive and therapeutic effects on various diseases.This article briefly introduces the route of administration of hydrogen and its potential mechanism,summarizes the research progress of hydrogen in the fields of ischemia-reperfusion injury,metabolic diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,and corona virus disease 2019,etc.What's more,the article points out the current problems and solutions faced by hydrogen treatment,to provide references for better use of this new therapeutic molecule.
