摘　　要：实验室安全保障体系的建设对于实验室安全运行至关重要。新工科建设背景下,厘清医工融合实验室安全保障体系建设思路,具有重要意义。结合医工融合实验室安全保障工作的现状与问题,从实验室安全保障管理责任体系、实验室安全教育及安全文化建设、实验室安全保障管理及监督体制、大型仪器设备运行管理制度等四个方面,探讨了医工融合实验室安全保障体系建设的思路,以期为高校实验室建设和人才培养方式提供借鉴。The construction of laboratory security system is very important for the safe operation of laboratory.Under the background of new engineering,it is of great significance to clarify the construction ideas of medicine-industry integrated laboratory security system.According to the current situation and problems of medicine-industry integrated laboratory security system,four aspects were discussed in this paper:responsibility system of laboratory security management,laboratory safety education and safety culture construction,laboratory security management and supervision system,operation management system of large-scale instrument and equipment,in order to provide references for the construction of university laboratory and talent training mode.
