基  金:2016年国家食用菌产业技术体系毛木耳和药用菌栽培岗位建设项目(CARS-20)。

摘  要:为寻求代料栽培食用菌高效灭菌技术,以实现食用菌“绿色”生产。分别使用燃煤灶和燃气灶进行栽培基质料袋的灭菌,比较分析二者的综合成本。基于什邡市毛木耳(Auricularia cornea)代料栽培灭菌过程的试验结果表明,使用燃气灶的综合成本约为0.113元/袋,使用燃煤灶为0.311元/袋;燃气灶较燃煤灶直接降低综合成本约63.67%,降本增效显著。可见,燃气灶栽培基质灭菌技术具有节省用工、降本增效、清洁环保、安全可靠等突出优点,在使用天然气的地理区域具有广阔的应用前景。因此建议政府给予菇农煤改气资金补贴,以利于推广燃气灶栽培基质灭菌技术,确保食用菌产业兴旺发展和菇农持续增收致富。To seek the efficient sterilization technology for edible fungi cultivation bags and achieve environment-friendly production,the costs of substrate sterilization were compared and analyzed using coal-fired and gas-fired stove technology.The results showed that the total cost of substrate sterilization with gas-fired stove technology was about 0.113 yuan per bag,and that with coal-fired stove technology was 0.311 yuan per bag.And the total cost of substrate sterilization with gas-fired stove technology was 63.67%lower than that with coal-fired stove technology.Consequently,the substrate sterilization with gas-fired stove technology highlighted outstanding advantages including labour saving,cost reduction and efficiency increase,clean and environmental friendliness,safe and reliable,indicating its broad application prospect.Therefore,it’s suggested that the government support the substrate sterilization with gas-fired stove technology with special fund subsidy,to popularize its application and ensure the prosperous development of edible fungi industry and the continuous income increase of the farmers.
