绿色发展战略视野下菇农法律援助工作的对策探索

摘　　要：菇农在发展家庭经济时市场受到法律风险的侵扰,从而破坏了他们的绿色发展预期。因此,在绿色发展战略视野下为菇农提供有效的法律援助服务,成为了管理菇农绿色发展预期的重要途径。菇农法律援助工作的对策包括:下沉法律援助工作的组织架构、大数据分析菇农法律风险分布、培育村社环境的法律文化氛围、建立菇农间联合促进法律援助。When mushroom cultivators develop their family economy,the market is invaded by legal risks,which destroys their green development expectations.Therefore,providing effective legal aid services to mushroom cultivators from the perspective of green development strategy has become an important way to manage their green development expectations.The countermeasures for the legal aid work of mushroom cultivators include:sinking the organizational structure of legal aid work,analyzing the distribution of legal risks of mushroom cultivators by big data,cultivating the legal cultural atmosphere of the village community environment,and establishing joint legal assistance between mushroom cultivators.
