摘  要:为确保峰峰矿区牛儿庄矿工业广场煤柱开采期间矿井井筒的安全运行,通过FLAC3D对模型分别施加不同大小的下沉与水平移动来模拟开采产生的下沉与倾斜对井筒造成的影响,预测主井井筒破坏的临界变形值,并将牛儿庄矿主井井筒的实测变形数据作为位移边界条件施加至模型上,以此判断现行开采对主井井筒的影响。研究结果表明:主井井筒破坏的临界压缩变形为1.7mm/m,倾斜变形为4mm/m;目前主井井筒变形值仍小于井筒破坏的临界变形值,现行开采不会使井筒损坏;此外,分析得到后续开采时井筒发生破坏的潜在范围,为牛儿庄矿工业广场煤柱开采时主井井筒的安全运行提供了支持,同时对类似地质条件下的煤柱开采具有借鉴意义。In order to ensure the safe operation of the mine shaft during the coal pillars mining in the industrial square of Niuerzhuang Mine of Fengfeng Mining Area,the effect of subsidence and inclination caused by coal pillar mining was simulated by FLAC3Dthrough applying different subsidence amounts and horizontal movement amounts to the model.The critical deformation value of the main shaft failure was predicted.And the measured deformation data of the main shaft in Niuerzhuang Mine was applied to the model as the displacement boundary conditions,so as to determine the impact of current mining on the main shaft.The research results show that the critical compression deformation of the main shaft is 1.7mm/m,and the tilt deformation is 4 mm/m.The deformation value of the main shaft is less than the critical deformation value of the shaft damage,and current mining would not damage shaft.In addition,the potential range of shaft damage during subsequent mining was analyzed,which provides support for the safe operation of the main shaft during the coal pillars mining in the industrial square of Niuerzhuang Mine and have a reference significance for other coal pillar mining under similar geological conditions.
