摘 要:为了准确探测采矿中未开采区地应力峰值的位置,降低因矿山动力灾害所引起的安全事故。以豫西某磷矿开采面为背景,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立整体模型,研究开挖巷道长度为2.5m、3.5m、4.5m、5.5m时,巷道方向的磷矿石应力值变化情况,以及不同开采长度所引起的磷矿石应力变化量。结果显示,巷道开挖方向的磷矿石应力值均增大到一定值后逐渐减小,每开采长度为3m时,所引起的磷矿石应力变化量增大,砂岩、磷矿所受应力对各自内部应力波波速的变化趋势基本相同。最后,验证了ANSYS/LSDYNA所得磷矿应力最大值位于距离当前位置8m左右的结论。研究结果为采矿过程中预防矿山动力灾害所引起的安全事故提供了基础。In order to accurately detect the location of the peak in-situ stress in the undeveloped mining area and to reduce the safety accidents caused by mine dynamic disasters,taking a working face in a phosphate mine as the background,the whole model was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The stress variation of phosphate rock in the direction of roadway,and the stress variation values of phosphate rock caused by different mining lengths(2.5m,3.5m,4.5mand 5.5m)were studied.The results show that the stresses of sandstone and phosphate rock firstly increase and then gradually decrease in the direction of roadway.When the mining length is 3 m,stress variation of phosphate rock increases.The stress variation trend of sandstone and phosphate rock to their internal stress wave velocity is basically the same.Finally,the conclusion that the maximum stress of phosphate rock obtained by ANSYS/LS-DYNA is about 8maway from the current position is verified.The study results provide a preliminary research basis for the prevention of safety accidents caused by mine dynamic disasters in the mining process.
