西安周边山区小学生心肺复苏知识普及培训情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对西安周边山区小学生对心肺复苏知识的掌握情况进行调查,明确心肺复苏在山区小学生中普及的情况,为更好地在我国欠发达地区普及心肺复苏知识提供参考。方法在2016年7月1日-2016年8月31日间,借助调查问卷,随机抽取西安周边山区7所小学,分别对五年级小学生的心肺复苏知识掌握情况进行调查,再对上述人群进行心肺复苏理论知识、操作技能培训,并给予考核,通过相关数据的统计分析,明确五年级小学生通过培训对心肺复苏知识的掌握能否得到提高。结果此次研究共随机抽取西安周边山区7所小学的五年级学生共计693人,未接受过心肺复苏培训的占81.2%,16.3%的小学生完全不知晓心肺复苏知识,但有95.2%的小学生有意愿接受心肺复苏知识的普及培训,并认为这种培训很有必要。通过本次培训85.4%的小学生表示收获很大。在这些学生中心肺复苏的完成率只有21.9%,但是经过培训和练习后,其完成率明显提高,平均为80.4%。结论西安周边山区小学心肺复苏知识的普及率低,但接受心肺复苏普及培训的愿望强烈,接受能力强,心肺复苏普及培训任重道远。Objective To evaluate the knowledge concerning cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in students in prima-/schools surrounding Xi'an and evaluate the training effect.Methods From July 1,2016 to August 31,2016,we ran-domly investigated the mastery of knowledge concerning cardiopulmonary resuscitation in students in grade five from seven primary schools surrounding Xi'an by questionnaires,and provided training by multiple approaches including theoretical training,professional operation training.Results Those who did not receive CPR knowledge training ac-counted for 81.2%in seven primary schools and 16.3%of students knew nothing about CPR.However,95.2%of them would like to accept CPR training of knowledge because it was necessary.After the training,85.4%of students thought the training produetive and 80.4%of them could perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation completely,this is much higher than 21.9%in students prior to training.Conclusion Knowledge of CPR is scanty among the students of grade five in orimary schools surrounding Xi'an.It is necessary to spread knowledge concerning CPR in this areas.
