摘  要:[目的]探讨颈椎影像学退变与年龄、性别、颈痛和骨密度的相关性。[方法]2017年6月~2019年6月于本院进行颈椎MRI检查的老年患者113例纳入本研究,年龄60~80岁,平均(71.29±4.45)岁。男62例,女51例。分析颈椎退行性变与年龄、性别、颈痛及骨密度的相关性。[结果]77例表现为MRI颈椎退变,占68.14%。高年龄组退行性变影像学评分高于低年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),存在中重度颈痛患者的退变影像学评分明显高于轻度颈痛患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析表明,性别、骨密度与颈椎退变无相关性(P>0.05),而颈痛(β=0.643,P<0.001)及年龄(β=0.218,P=0.004)与颈椎退变呈正相关。[结论]颈椎退行性变与年龄有关,颈痛是提示颈椎退行性变发生的因素。[Objective]To investigate the correlations of cervical degeneration on MRI with the age,gender,neck pain and bone mineral density.[Methods]A total of 113 elderly patients who underwent MRI examination of cervical spine in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients included 62 males and 51 females,aged 60-80 years old with a mean age of(71.29±4.45)years old.The correlation of cervical degenerative changes on MRI with age,gender,neck pain and bone mineral density were searched.[Results]Of them,77(68.14%)subjects had degenerative changes at one or more vertebral levels on MRI.The group of 70~80 years had significantly higher degenerative score than the groups of 60~69 years.The group of moderate-severe neck pain got significantly higher cervical degenerative score than the group of mild neck pain(P<0.05).As results of multiple regression analysis,the gender and bone mineral density had no correlations with the cervical degenerative changes on MRI(P>0.05),whereas the neck pain(β=0.643,P<0.001)and age(β=0.218,P=0.004)were positive correlated to the cervical degenerative changes on MRI.[Conclusion]Cervical degenerative changes are associated with age,and neck pain might predict the occurrence of cervical degenerative changes.
