血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的实验的主要目的为分析临床中糖尿病患者进行血糖检验以及尿糖检验的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月2020年1月本院就诊的糖尿病患者90位作为实验对象。分别给予所有患者进行血糖检验以及尿糖检验,并分析两种检验方式在糖尿病诊断中的差异性。结果通过在临床90例糖尿病患者的诊断过程当中,血糖检验的准确率90(100%)要显著高于尿糖检验准确率84(93.33%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的临床诊断中血糖检测的准确率要显著的高于对照组,临床价值显著。Objective The main purpose of the experiment is to analyze the value of blood glucose test and urine sugar test in diabetic patients.Methods 90 diabetic patients from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as experimental subjects.All patients were given blood glucose test and urine sugar test,and the difference of the two methods in the diagnosis of diabetes was analyzed.Results 90(100%)of blood glucose test was significantly higher than 84(93.33%)of urine glucose test in the diagnosis of 90 diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of blood glucose detection in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients is significantly higher than that in the control group,and the clinical value is significant.
