摘　　要：糖耐量异常(IGT)是2型糖尿病发生发展的必经阶段,心脑血管病变在IGT阶段就已经存在,积极干预IGT患者,对延缓或预防2型糖尿病的发生、降低心脑血管疾病的发病率具有重要意义。药物治疗是其中一种有效干预手段。西药种类较多,疗效肯定;中医药在我国已有几千年的发展历史,在治疗“脾瘅”方面,有着独特的理论体系,辨证论治效果明显。文章对目前IGT的中西医药物治疗研究进展做一综述。Glucose tolerance(IGT)is an illusion of the development of type 2 diabetes.Studies have shown that cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases already exist in the IGT stage.Therefore,active intervention of IGT patients is of great significance for delaying or preventing the occurrence of type 2 diabetes and reducing the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Drug therapy has been widely accepted as one of the effective interventions.There are many kinds of western medicine,and the curative effect is positive.Traditional Chinese medicine has been an illusion of the spleen for thousands of years in China.It has a unique theoretical system for the treatment,there is a unique theoretical system for the treatment of an illusion of the spleen,the effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is obvious.This paper summarizes the treatment of IGT by traditional Chinese and western medicine.
