摘 要:本文制备了多种带电极的碳纤维复合材料板,利用微欧计测量了碳纤维复合材料板的电阻值,采用红外热成像仪采集了碳纤维复合材料板的温度场。建立了准各向同性碳纤维复合材料板电阻数学模型,可准确预测样板电阻值。同时,采用电热耦合方法对温度场进行仿真,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,完好试样的试验最高温度与计算最高温度相差约2%。进一步研究了碳纤维复合材料板形状、重叠搭接、圆形孔洞损伤、长宽比等对温度场的影响,为碳纤维复合材料电热性能的科学应用奠定了基础。In the present paper,various Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic(CFRP)plates with charged electrodes are prepared,the resistance of CFRP plates was measured by micro ohmmeter,,and the temperature field of CFRP plates is collected by infrared thermal imager.The resistance mathematical model of quasi isotropic CFRP plate is established,which can accurately predict the resistance value of the sample.At the same time,the temperature field is simulated by the method of electrothermal coupling.The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.The difference between the maximum temperature of the intact sample and the calculated maximum temperature is about 2%.Furthermore,the effects of CFRP shape,overlap,circular-hole damage and aspect ratio on the temperature field were studied.It lays a foundation for the reasonable application of the electrothermal properties of CFRP.
