摘　　要：在全面加强党对教育事业的领导的新形势下,电大党建工作要立足自身实际,补足短板,以加强学生党建工作为重点和创新点,在制度建设、组织建设和信息化建设三个方面发力,推动学生党建工作制度化、规范化、科学化。Under the new situation of comprehensively strengthening the party's leadership over the education cause,the party building work of RTVU should be based on its own reality,make up for the shortcomings,focus on strengthening the party building work of students,and make efforts in the system construction,organization construction and information construction to promote the institutionalization,standardization and scientization of the party building work of students.
