摘  要:当前教育发展成为了我国重点建设项目之一。并且高等教育重点建设项目便是双一流建设。双一流建设可以推动高等教育的内涵进一步的发展。要想做好双一流建设工程,加强对双一流建设成效,进行科学的设计和评价是促进双一流建设工作发展的重要举措。为了能够让双一流建设更加符合高等教育的要求,双一流建设应该以人才培养为重点,注重结果的导向、多元主体的参与。并且为了更好的建设双一流成效评价,中国再结合自身特色的同时要借鉴世界一流的大学建设的经验,通过分类评价评价标准来促进双一流建设评估体系的完善(专家、高校、第三方评估机构等主体形成多元和谐的关系)从而提高我国高等教育的发展动力。At present,education development has become one of the key construction projects in China.And the key construction project of higher education is double first-class construction.The construction of double first class can promote the further development of the connotation of higher education.In order to do a good job in double first-class construction project,strengthen the effect of double first-class construction,scientific design and evaluation are important measures to promote the development of double first-class construction work.In order to make the double first-class construction more in line with the requirements of higher education,the double first-class construction should focus on personnel training,pay attention to the results of the guidance,the participation of multiple subjects.And in order to better evaluate the effectiveness of the construc-tion of double first-class,China should learn from the experience of world-class university construction in combination with its own characteristics,and promote the improvement of the evaluation system of double first-class construction through clas-sification evaluation criteria(experts,universities,third-party evaluation institutions and other subjects form a pluralistic and harmonious relationship),so as to improve the development momentum of China's higher education.
