S100吸收性止血绒在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨为进行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的患者使用S100吸收性止血绒(以下简称为S100)进行术中止血的效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月期间在湖南省肿瘤医院进行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的304例患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组(152例)和观察组(152例)。术中对两组患者的活动性出血点均进行电凝止血。在此基础上,为对照组患者使用生物蛋白胶进行止血,为观察组患者使用S100进行止血。然后观察两组患者止血的效果、输血的情况及术后不同时间腹部疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组患者止血的优良率高于对照组患者,其输血率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d、术后1周及术后1个月,观察组患者腹部疼痛的VAS评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为进行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的患者使用S100进行术中止血的效果显著,可降低其输血率,减轻其术后腹部疼痛的程度。Objective:To investigate the intraoperative hemostasis effect of S100 absorbent hemostasis(hereinafter referred to as S100)for patients undergoing laparoscopic urological surgery.METHODS:A total of 304 patients who underwent laparoscopic urological surgery in Hunan Cancer Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group(152 cases)and observation group(152 cases).During the operation,the active bleeding points of the two groups were treated with electrocoagulation hemostasis.On this basis,biological protein glue was used for hemostasis in the control group,and S100 was used for hemostasis in the observation group.Then,the effect of hemostasis,the situation of blood transfusion and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of abdominal pain at different time after operation were observed in 2 groups.RESULTS:The excellent and good rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the transfusion rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).1 d,1 week and 1 month after surgery,the VAS score of abdominal pain in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:S100 has a significant effect on intraoperative hemostasis for patients undergoing laparoscopic urological surgery,which can reduce their blood transfusion rate and reduce the degree of postoperative abdominal pain.
