摘  要:有机磷酸酯作为溴代阻燃剂的替代物,在各种环境介质及生物体中不断被检出,因其可能具有生殖毒性、内分泌干扰效应和致癌性等效应,受到人们的广泛关注.本文以太湖流域为研究对象,选择两种典型有机磷酸酯磷酸三(2⁃氯异丙基)酯(TCIPP)和磷酸三(2⁃氯乙基)酯(TCEP),开展人体健康水质基准研究.基于太湖流域的人群暴露参数和生物累积系数,推导出太湖流域TCIPP和TCEP的非致癌效应人体健康水质基准值分别55.62μg·L^(-1)和35.43μg·L^(-1),TCEP的致癌效应人体健康水质基准值为1.266μg·L^(-1).健康风险评估结果表明,太湖水体中TCIPP和TCEP的非致癌健康风险均处于可接受水平,但TCEP存在致癌健康风险,值得关注.本研究可为我国有机磷酸酯的环境风险管理及相关水质标准修订工作提供技术支持.Organophosphate esters(OPEs)are substitutes for brominated flame retardant.They have been detected frequently in various environmental mediums and organisms.OPEs have been widely concerned due to their potential reproductive toxicity,carcinogenicity and endocrine disruptive effect.In this study,the ambient water quality criteria(AWQC)values for human health of two types of OPEs,tris(chloropropyl)phosphate(TCIPP)and tris(2⁃chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP),were derived in the Taihu Lake basin.Based on the population exposure parameters and the bioaccumulation factor in the Taihu Lake basin,the non⁃carcinogenic human health AWQC of TCIPP and TCEP in Taihu Lake were derived to be 55.62 and 35.43μg·L^(-1),respectively.The carcinogenic human health AWQC of TCEP was 1.266μg·L^(-1).The results of health risk assessment showed that the non⁃carcinogenic health risks of TCIPP and TCEP in Taihu Lake were at acceptable levels,but the carcinogenic risk of TCEP should be paid more attention.This study provides important scientific basis for the promotion of water quality standards and risk management for OPEs in aquatic environment in China.
