摘 要:为解决数控机床钢环套装圆形工件定位精度问题,对圆形工件测量定位进行研究,从而保证套装精度。采用计算机仿真软件分析并确定圆形工件内部有效测量点分布位置,建立几何模型,选取测量方式。通过实验对仿真结果以及几何模型进行验证,利用数字测量探头配合数控系统计算工件圆心坐标。与理论圆心坐标相比,测量圆心坐标误差小于0.2 mm,满足测量位置定位标准和套装要求,所建模型具有较好的稳定性。圆形工件智能测心定位的研究,为特殊环境下工件的定位提供了参考。To solve the problem of positioning accuracy for the circular workpiece in the steel ring set under the CNC machine tool, the measurement and positioning for the circular workpiece was studied, so as to ensure the accuracy of the set. The computer simulation software was used to analyze and determine the distribution position of the effective measurement points inside the circular workpiece, the geometric model was established and the measurement method was selected. The simulation results and the geometric model were verified through experiments. The coordinate of workpiece center was calculated by using digital measuring probe and numerica control system. Compared with the theoretical center coordinate, the measurement center coordinate error is less than 0.2 mm, which satisfies the measurement position positioning standard and the set requirements, and the built model has better stability. The research on circular workpiece intelligent centering positioning provides a reference for the workpiece positioning under special environments.
