摘　　要：随着全球环境变化,饮食与生活习惯和结构改变,各种食品添加剂的广泛使用,室内装修材料的更迭换代,由此引发的各种过敏性疾病逐年增加,给患者家庭和个人造成了严重的伤害。过敏性疾病的病因复杂多样,医学实验室常较难明确过敏原种类,给临床治疗和疾病预防及控制造成很多困扰。为了明确过敏原种类并及时避免与之接触,去除病因,除了询问病史、观察临床表现外,过敏原检测成为辅助诊断过敏性疾病的重要手段。Allergic diseases have continued to increase year by year causing serious physical and mental injury to patients,families and individuals.This increase has been driven by conventional environmental and nutritional changes but is also created by the continual introduction of food additives into the diet and novel interior decoration materials into the living space.The causes of allergic diseases are complex and diverse,and the medical laboratory often is not be able to identify the allergic trigger;this creates a difficult environment to identify the appropriate clinical treatment for disease prevention and control.Physicians must be able to identify these triggers to help patients avoid the underlying allergenic cause of their disease.This can only be done by actively knowing a patient′s medical history,identifying the clinical manifestations of hypersensitivity and utilizing confirmatory testing as an important clinical tool in identifying the allergic source.
