摘 要:针对传统高支模支撑体系在高空大悬挑钢筋混凝土结构施工中因跨度大、高度高、施工荷载大,导致自身材料强度及体系结构缺陷无法满足其施工要求的问题,结合大渔文化旅游综合体(第一标段)项目施工,开发研制了将落地式高支模转化为普通支模的超高大悬挑结构SPS支撑体系。该支撑体系架体稳定承载力大,安拆快捷过程控制性好且可节约施工成本。Aiming at the problem that the traditional high formwork support system in the highaltitude large cantilever reinforced concrete structure construction due to the large span,high height,and large construction load,the material strength and system structure defects cannot meet the construction requirements,combined with the comprehensive cultural tourism of Dayu In the construction of the first bid section,the super-high cantilever structure SPS supporting system that transforms the floor-standing high support form into a common support form has been developed.The support system frame has large stable bearing capacity,quick installation and disassembly process,good controllability and can save construction costs.
