摘 要:目的探究3D技术在全腹腔镜解剖性肝切除术(TLAH)治疗肝胆管结石中的应用效果。方法将九江市第一人民医院2019年1—2020年2月接收的60例肝胆管结石患者纳为研究对象,依据入院时间将其分为基础组[30例,2019年1月—2019年7月入院,行镜下超声(LUS)检查]和研究组[30例,2019年8月—2020年2月入院,予以LUS检查+3D技术]。比较2组手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症情况。结果研究组手术时间短于基础组;研究组术中出血量少于基础组;研究组并发症发生率(0.00%)低于基础组(13.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D技术有利于TLAH的术前诊断评估,能够准确定位关键解剖部位,对手术进行指导,进而缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量及术后并发症,值得应用。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D technology in total laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy(TLAH)for hepatolithiasis.Methods a total of 60 patients with hepatolithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled as study subjects.According to their admission time,they were divided into basic group(30 patients admitted from January 2019 to July 2019 for endoscopic ultrasonography)and study group(30 patients admitted from August 2019 to February 2020 for LUS examination+3D technology).Operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of study group was shorter than that of basic group.The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the basic group.The complication rate of the study group(0.00%)was lower than that of the basic group(13.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D technology is beneficial to preoperative diagnostic evaluation of total TLAH,can accurately locate key anatomical sites and provide guidance for surgery,thus shortening the operation time,reducing intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,and is worthy of application.
