摘　　要：目的对比腹腔镜与开腹输卵管复通术对输卵管复通率的影响。方法选择2018年7月—2020年6月我院收治的80例输卵管结扎术后患者为研究对象,按随机对照原则分为2组各40例。开腹组给予开腹输卵管复通术治疗,腹腔镜组给予腹腔镜复通术治疗,比较2组患者输卵管复通率、手术相关指标。结果腹腔镜组输卵管复通率(95.00%)略高于开腹组(90.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹腔镜组手术时间长于开腹组,术后下床活动、住院时间、VAS评分低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜与开腹输卵管复通术均能有效帮助输卵管结扎术后患者实现输卵管复通,但腹腔镜复通术的术后下床活动及住院时间更短,术后疼痛感较轻。Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic and open fallopian tube recanalization on the rate of fallopian tube recanalization.Methods 80 patients who had underwent tubal ligation treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 40 cases in each group.The laparotomy group was treated with open fallopian tube recanalization,and the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic recanalization.The fallopian tube recanalization rate and operation-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fallopian tube recanalization rate of the laparoscopic group(95.00%)was slightly higher than that of the open group(90.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the operation time of the laparoscopic group was longer than that of the open group.The length of hospitalization and VAS were lower than those in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both laparoscopic and open fallopian tube recanalization can effectively help patients with tubal ligation to achieve fallopian tube recanalization,but laparoscopic recanalization has shorter postoperative out-of-bed activities and hospital stay,and lower postoperative pain.
