自制负压引流装置在预防剖宫产腹部切口脂肪液化中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制负压引流装置预防剖宫产腹部切口脂肪液化的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年4月韶关市铁路医院接收的剖宫产产妇60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组行常规缝合,观察组在此基础上给予自制负压引流装置,比较2组切口愈合及并发症发生情况。结果观察组腹部切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率略低于对照组,但未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论自制负压引流装置在预防剖宫产腹部切口脂肪液化中效果显著,可有效促进切口愈合。Objective To investigate the application of self-made negative pressure drainage device in preventing fat liquefaction of abdominal incision in cesarean section.Methods Sixty cesarean section patients received in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group by randomnumber table method.The control group was routinely sutured,and the observation group made a negative pressure drainage device on this basis.The wound healing and complications of the two groups were compared.Results GradeAhealing of abdominal incisions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):the total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made negative pressure drainage device has a significant effect in preventing fat liquefaction of abdominal incision in cesarean section,which can effectively promote rapid healing of incision and prevent incision fat liquefaction.
