摘　　要：目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施早期针刺后对脑血流动力学即刻效应以及累积效应的影响。方法选择泉州市第一医院2016年6月—2018年12月期间收治的90例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为3组,每组各30例。针刺组接受针刺治疗,非穴针刺组接受非经非穴针刺治疗,常规组使用常规药物治疗,对比3组患者脑血流动力学指标变化情况。结果3组在治疗前指标对比均无明显差异(P>0.05);针刺组治疗效果显著优于非穴针刺组、常规组(P<0.05);针刺组首次针刺前后数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论早期针刺可以改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑血流力动学指标,加快康复速度,且随着治疗时间延长疗效也会有所增加。Objective To analyze the effect of early acupuncture on the immediate and cumulative effect of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods by random into choose from 2016.06 to 2018.12 during the treated 90 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke as the research object,is divided into three groups according to random number table method,30 cases in each group,acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment,the acupuncture point acupuncture group received without going through the acupuncture point acupuncture treatment,the conventional using conventional drug treatment.The changes of cerebral hemodynamic indexes in 3 groups were compared.Results there was no significant difference in the indicators before treatment in each group(P>0.05).The treatment effect of acupuncture group was significantly better than that of non-acupuncture group and routine group(P<0.05).The difference of data before and after the first acupuncture group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture can improve various indexes of cerebral blood flow dynamics in patients with acute ischemic stroke,accelerate the recovery speed of patients,and the curative effect will increase with the extension of treatment time,which is worthy of promotion and application.
