摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于数字式光电传感器的转速测量装置,解决了以下2个问题:(1)现有转速测量装置抗干扰能力较差;(2)现有转速测量装置无法对狭小空间、封闭空间设备转速。该转速测量装置采用现有成熟的PCB技术实现了转速测量装置的集成化、微型化,大大提高了测量装置的抗干扰能力、电池续航能力;该转速测量装置利用蓝牙技术实现了转速信号从下位机到上位机的数据传输,实现了对封闭空间内转速的测量;该转速测量装置整体解决方案的提出对转速测量方法的优化,提供了一个新的思路,转速的准确测量也为提高旋转机械的产品质量起到了技术支撑的作用。This paper introduces a speed measurement device based on digital photoelectric sensor,which solves the following two problems:( 1) The existing speed measurement device has poor anti-interference ability;( 2) The existing speed measurement device can not measure the speed of equipment in narrow space or closed space. The speed measurement device uses the existing mature PCB technology to realize the integration and miniaturization of the speed measurement device,which greatly improves the anti-interference ability and battery life ability of the measurement device;the speed measurement device realizes the data transmission of the speed signal from the lower computer to the upper computer by using Bluetooth technology,and realizes the measurement of the speed in the closed space;The overall solution of the speed measurement device provides a new idea for the optimization of speed measurement method. The accurate measurement of rotational speed also plays a technical support role in improving the product quality of rotating machinery.
