荧光分光光度计检出极限不确定度的探讨

摘　　要：本文对荧光分光光度计的检出极限的不确定度进行了探讨。文中分别对A类单色器仪器、B类单色器仪器的检出极限不确定度进行了评定,最终得出:A类单色器仪器检出极限的不确定度为U=1.2×10^(-11)g/mL,k=2,B类单色器仪器检出极限的不确定度为U=2.6×10^(-10)g/mL,k=2。In this paper,I had a discussion on uncertainty of detection limit for fluorescence spectrophotometer.I respectively assessed uncertainty of detection limit for A monochromator and B monochromator instrument.Ultimately,I concluded that uncertainty of detection limit for A monochromator is U=1.2×10^(-11)g/mL,k=2 and uncertainty of detection limit for B monochromator is U=2.6×10^(-10)g/mL,k=2.
