摘　　要："啃老"与就业之间的关系,已成为全社会关注的公平与效率问题。既有研究对"啃老"的界定尚无共识,厘清"啃老"与大学生就业之间关系的研究更是凤毛麟角。"啃老"表现为"啃钱财"、"啃劳力"、"啃关系"三种类型;它通过就业成本、就业观念、就业能力三个方面影响大学生初次职业选择,并受到社会、学校和家庭三种环境的调节作用。本研究在解剖"啃老"概念的基础上,考察其对大学生就业的影响机制和边界条件,并在此基础上提出政策建议,具有理论和实践意义。NEET and Employment are the hot topics faced by contemporary university graduates.The relationship between them has been an issue which attract the whole society’s attention on fairness and efficiency.However,there is still no consensus on the definition of NEET,and few study has clarified the relationship between NEET and university graduates’employment.There are three types of NEET including asking parents for money,labor force,and social relationship.It influences graduates’initial job selection through three aspects of employment cost,employment concept and employability,and is regulated by society,school and family.This paper dissects the concept of NEET,and then investigates its influence mechanism and boundary conditions on the graduates’employment.On above basis,we puts forward policy suggestions,which has distinct theoretical and practical significance.
