中西部高职教育对区域稳就业的支持作用及对策研究——以襄阳职业技术学院就业统计为例

摘　　要：本文针对我国中西部地区(以湖北襄阳为例)高职教育对区域稳就业的支持作用,通过调研与实证分析,从地方政府与高职院校两个视角提出稳就业的对策建议,地方政府应出台相应政策吸引人才,留住本地人才。高职院校需进一步深化人才培养模式改革、建立与区域产业发展相适应的动态调整专业结构的机制,通过深度产教融合,提升人才培养质量,培养"适销对路"的人才。高职教育与本地产业形成"命运共同体"关系,共同培育本地行业企业所需人才,促进区域稳就业。In view of the support of the development of vocational education in the Midwest to regional employment stability,this article puts forward proposals to stabilize employment from the perspective of local government and vocational colleges,through in-depth research and empirical analysis.The local government should issue some corresponding policies to attract and retain talents.Vocational colleges need to deepen the reform of talent cultivation and establish a system for adjusting the specialty structure which can adapt to regional industrial development.Furthermore,vocational colleges can cultivate talents in need and enhance the quality of talent-training.Vocational education and the local industries will build a community of shared future,and cultivate talents in need together,promoting regional employment stability.
