整体式蜂窝陶瓷型分子筛吸附剂的吸附性能研究

摘  要:以HZSM-5(280)分子筛为吸附剂,添加玻璃纤维、黏合剂制备涂层浆液涂覆在蜂窝陶瓷载体上制成整体式蜂窝陶瓷分子筛吸附剂。涂覆工艺决定着整体化吸附剂吸附性能的好坏,同时涂覆量、VOCs类型也会对吸附性能有一定的影响。实验结果表明:涂覆量增大会延长吸附饱和时间,并降低吸附饱和容量;随着VOCs极性的增大,吸附剂的饱和吸附量随之增大。Monolithic honeycomb ceramic molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared by coating slurry,which contained glass fiber and binder,on honeycomb ceramic carrier with HZSM-5(280)as adsorbent.The adsorbent properties were determined by the coating process.Meanwhile,the amount of coating and the type of VOCs also had a certain influence on the adsorp⁃tion performance.The results showed prolonged adsorption saturation time as well as improved saturated extent of adsorp⁃tion as the polarity of VOCs increased.
