摘 要:通过水热晶化法制备了核壳结构SiO2@CeO2载体,通过浸渍沉淀法负载铜获得CuO-SiO2@CeO2催化剂。考查其催化氧化CO性能,采用TEM、SEM、XRD、H2-TPR对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,结晶的CeO2有利于CO氧化。1%CuO-CeO2@SiO2催化剂表面铜物种更分散,体现出最好的CO氧化能力,其T90低至135℃。The core-shell structure SiO2@CeO2 carrier was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization method. CuOSiO2@CeO2 catalyst was obtained with the copper loaded by impregnation precipitation method. The catalytic performance for CO oxidation was investigated. The catalyst was characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD and H2-TPR. The results show that crystalline CeO2 is beneficial to the oxidation of CO. The copper species are more dispersed on the surface of 1% CuO-CeO2@SiO2 catalyst, which shows the best CO oxidation ability. Its T90 is as low as 135℃.
