摘  要:新型烟碱类杀虫剂噻虫胺、呋虫胺作为现阶段最为高效的杀虫剂之一而成为研发重点,其重要中间体N,O-二甲基-N'-硝基异脲的运输量也随之迅速增加,但该物质在高温热力学作用下呈现一定的不稳定性。基于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书》,通过差示扫描量热法对N,O-二甲基-N'-硝基异脲进行热稳定性初步判断后,根据联合国隔板试验、克南试验以及时间/压力试验对N,O-二甲基-N'-硝基异脲进行了爆炸性的排除,并通过热积累储存试验所得自加速分解温度排除了N,O-二甲基-N'-硝基异脲的自反应危险性。The new neonicotinoid insecticides clothianidin and dinotefuran have become the focus of research as one of the most effective insecticides at this stage.The transport volume of their important intermediate N,O-dimethyl-N'-nitroisourea therefore increased rapidly.However,this substance exhibits certain instability under the action of high temperature thermo⁃dynamics.According to the"Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods"published by United Nations,differ⁃ential scanning calorimetry test was taken to estimate the thermal stability firstly,and then UN gap test,Koenen test and time/pressure test was taken to exclude the explosivity,as well as heat accumulation storage test to excluded the self-reactiv⁃ity of N,O-dimethyl-N'-nitroisourea.
