三峡库区基础设施投资对经济增长的推动作用--基于误差修正模型的动态分析

摘　　要：三峡库区既是移民安稳致富的核心区,也是国家扶贫攻坚的重点区,其经济发展对我国全面建成小康社会具有重要的现实意义。通过误差修正模型,深入分析基础设施投资对库区经济增长的促进作用。研究结果表明,在1997—2017年的21年间,库区基础设施投资对经济发展具有积极的推动作用,且库首、库腹和库尾不同库区段域内的推动作用存在差异,具体表现为:从基础设施投资短期波动对经济增长的推动作用来看,库首>库腹>库尾,从基础设施投资对经济增长的长期推动效应来看,库尾>库腹>库首。为此,在后期的基础设施投资中,应该综合考量一个地区的基础设施投资和经济发展的具体情况,进而通过对基础设施投资的掌控实现对地区经济增长的持续推动。The Three Gorges Reservoir area is not only the core area for immigrants to become wealthy and stable,but also a key area for the country’s poverty alleviation.Its economic development has important practical significance for my country’s comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Through the error correction model,in-depth analysis of the role of infrastructure investment in promoting economic growth in the reservoir area.The research results show that during the 21 years from 1997 to 2017,infrastructure investment in the reservoir area has a positive effect on economic development.In addition,there are differences in the driving effects of the head,belly and tail of the library in the different areas of the library.The specific expression is:from the perspective of the short-term fluctuation of infrastructure investment in promoting economic growth,the head of the library>the belly of the library>the tail of the library.From the perspective of the long-term promotion effect of facility investment on economic growth,the end of the warehouse>the belly of the warehouse>the head of the warehouse.For this reason,in the later infrastructure investment,we should comprehensively consider the specific situation of a region’s infrastructure investment and economic development,and then realize the continuous promotion of regional economic growth through the control of infrastructure investment.
