摘　　要：探讨现代三级甲等医院临床护理的质量控制方法和措施,使临床护理管理工作进一步标准化、规范化和科学化。采取目标管理责任制与护理人员终末淘汰相结合,对全院护理质量进行控制,加强对临床护理人员的管理。通过多种管理方法的结合,提高护理队伍的整体素质,真正落实以患者为中心的整体护理理念,使护理缺陷和事故隐患消灭在萌芽状态,让患者得到优质的护理服务。同时,加强组织管理,确保政令畅通。目标管理责任制与护理人员终末淘汰相结合是一种有效的质量保证体系,对提高护理质量起到了协同的作用。To explore the quality control methods and measures of clinical nursing in modern tertiary hospitals,so as to make the clinical nursing management more standardized,standardized and scientific.Objective management responsibility system and nursing staff elimination were combined to control the nursing quality of the whole hospital and strengthen the management of clinical nursing staff.Through the combination of a variety of management methods,improve the overall quality of the nursing team,truly implement the patient-centered holistic nursing,so that nursing defects and hidden dangers in the bud,so that patients can get high-quality nursing service,and strengthen the organization and management to ensure the smooth administration.The combination of objective management responsibility system and final elimination of nursing staff is an effective quality assurance system,which plays a collaborative role in improving the quality of nursing.
