新妈妈网络交流群对早孕孕妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新妈妈网络交流群对早孕孕妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2017年3月-2018年3月在我院建档的早孕孕妇70例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组孕妇给予常规护理,研究组孕妇在常规护理基础上建立新妈妈网络交流群,对比两组孕妇护理前后心理状况评分、孕期健康知识掌握程度。结果干预后,研究组与对照组孕妇的心理状态评分均较干预前降低,且研究组孕妇SAS评分及SDS评分低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组孕妇孕期健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(t=14.373,10.973,9.980,P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率、产后出血率及母乳喂养率均优于对照组(80.00%vs 45.71%,2.86%vs 20.00%,91.43%VS 60.00%),比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.404,5.081,7.769,P<0.05)。结论早孕孕妇应用新妈妈网络交流群交流,可有效缓解妊娠早期的焦虑情绪,提高孕产妇对产前孕期知识的掌握程度,改善妊娠结局。Objective To study application value of new mothers′network communication group on the psychological status and pregnancy outcome of early pregnant women.Methods 70 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group.Pregnant women in control group were given routine nursing care.Pregnant women in study group were given routine nursing care,and network communication group of new mothers was established on the basis of routine nursing care.Psychological status scores and knowledge of pregnant women before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS of pregnant women in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of health knowledge of pregnant women in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,The difference is statistically significant(t=14.373,10.973,9.980;P<0.05).Natural delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and breastfeeding rate in the study group were better than those in the control group(80.00% vs 45.71%,2.86% vs 20.00%,91.43% VS 60.00%),The difference is statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.404,5.081,7.769,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of new mothers′network communication group in early pregnancy can effectively alleviate anxiety in early pregnancy,improve prenatal knowledge of pregnant women,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
