摘 要:目的探讨护理安全管理方案对消毒供应中心风险控制的应用价值。方法随机选取2016年3月-2019年8月我院消毒供应中心65件物品作为本研究对象,于2016年3月-2017年12月传统管理模式,于2018年1月-2019年8月在传统管理模式上实施护理安全管理方案。观察比较实施前后物品供应参数,物品合格率及护理人员服务质量。结果实施护理安全管理方案后取物时间、准备物品时间及补充物品时间均短于实施前(P<0.05)。实施护理安全管理方案后物品消毒、包装及清洗合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施护理安全管理方案后护理人员安全识别力、服务意识及防范意识等服务质量均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理方案可有效改善消毒供应中心物品供应参数,提高物品消毒、清洗等合格率,对提高护理人员的服务质量具有重要意义,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To investigate the application value of nursing safety management in risk control of cardiology department and disinfection supply center.Methods 65 items from the Department of Cardiology and Disinfection Supply Center of our hospital from March to September 2019 were randomly selected.The traditional management mode was implemented from March 2016 to December 2017,and the nursing safety management scheme was implemented on the traditional management mode from January 2018 to August 2019.Then the supply parameters,qualified rate and service quality of nurses before and after the implementation were compared.Results After the implementation of the nursing safety management,the time of taking the goods,preparation and supplement was shorter than that before the implementation(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection,packaging and cleaning after the implementation of the nursing safety management scheme was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).The nursing staff′s safety identification ability,service awareness and prevention awareness after the implementation of the nursing safety management scheme were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing safety management can effectively improve the supply parameters of cardiology department and disinfection supply center,and improve the qualified rate of disinfection and cleaning,which is of great significance to improve the service quality of nursing staff and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
