摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者抗苗勒管激素(AMH)含量检测及其与胰岛素抵抗、卵巢储备能力的相关关系。方法收集2017年1月-2019年1月本院确诊的PCOS患者78例作为PCOS组,同期在本院进行体检的女性健康志愿者50例作为正常对照组。检测2组研究对象血清中AMH的含量,胰岛素抵抗、卵巢储备能力指标的水平。采用Pearson检验判断PCOS患者血清AMH含量与病情的相关关系。结果 PCOS组患者血清中AMH的含量高于正常对照组;血清中胰岛素抵抗指标空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的水平高于正常对照组(P <0.05);血清中卵巢储备能力相关指标卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、FSH/LH的水平高于正常对照组。经Pearson检验发现,PCOS患者血清AMH含量与胰岛素抵抗、卵巢储备能力直接相关。结论 PCOS患者血清AMH含量异常增高,可客观反映机体胰岛素抵抗、卵巢储备能力下降程度。Objective To detect the serum content of AMH in polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) patients and its relationship with insulin resistance,ovarian reserve. Methods A total of 78 PCOS patients diagnosed in our hospital during January2017-January 2019 were enrolled as PCOS group,and 50 healthy female volunteers were examined as the control group. Serum content of AMH,insulin resistance and ovarian reserve indexes between two groups were detected. Pearson test was used to determine the correlation between serum AMH content and the condition of PCOS patients. Results Serum contents of AMH in PCOS group was higher than that in the control group;the level of insulin resistance indexes such as FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were higher than those in the control group;related indicators of ovarian reserve such as FSH,LH,FSH/LH were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Pearson test showed that serum AMH content in PCOS patients was directly related to insulin resistance and ovarian reserve capacity. Conclusion Serum content of AMH in PCOS patients increase abnormally,which can objectively reflect the change degree of insulin resistance and ovarian reserve capacity in patients.
