摘 要:目的:优选生津润燥合剂的制备工艺。方法:选取煎煮时间、加水量和煎煮次数为考察因素,以芍药苷转移率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验法优选提取工艺;考察常压浓缩和减压浓缩对芍药苷含量的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,煎煮两次,每次1 h;常压和减压浓缩对合剂中芍药苷含量无显著影响。结论:该工艺合理稳定,可用于生津润燥合剂的生产。Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Shengjinrunzao mixture. Methods: The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of peoniflorin and the yield of extract as the comprehensive evaluation index,and the decoction duration,decoction times and water addition amount as the influencing factors. The effects of atmospheric concentration and vacuum concentration on peoniflorin content were investigated. Results: The optimum extraction process was as follows: the herbs were with twice decoction with one hour for each time,and the added water amount was 12-fold of the herbs. Concentration at atmospheric or vacuum pressure had no significant effect on peoniflorin content in the mixture. Conclusion: The process is reasonably stable,and can be used for the production of Shengjinrunzao mixture.
