摘 要:为有效规避底排弹发射过程中的安全隐患,运用ANSYS仿真软件建立了某型底排弹的有限元模型,并进行了动态特性和发射强度仿真分析,得到弹丸前3阶固有频率、关键部位应力及应变云图,以此判断底排弹整体是否满足设计初期的发射安全稳定性要求。仿真数据与实验数据对比误差较小,验证了仿真结果的准确性。In order to effectively avoid the hidden danger in the process of launching base bleed projectile,the finite element model of a certain type of base bleed projectile is established by using ANSYS simulation software,and the dynamic characteristics and launching strength simulation analysis are carried out.The first three order natural frequencies of the projectile,stress and strain nephogram of the key parts of the projectile are obtained,so as to judge whether the whole base bleed projectile can meet the requirements of launching safety and stability at the initial stage of design.The comparison error between simulation data and experimental data is small,which verifies the accuracy of simulation results.
