摘 要:为满足数字化油田建设需要,针对抽油机设计了一种新型电控刹车装置。根据抽油机制动性能要求,刹车装置是一种双摩擦片电磁制动器,在相同制动正压力下,相比于机械式手刹车装置可以产生两倍制动力矩。新型电控刹车装置制动力矩大、结构紧凑、响应迅速、操作简单,在满足抽油机安全稳定制动的同时,还可以通过PLC控制实现远程遥控制动。对新型电控刹车装置进行了3D建模,并分别利用NX和ANSYS软件对刹车装置的主要零部件花键套的力学性能进行了有限元分析,验证了新型刹车装置设计的合理性。In order to meet the needs of digital oilfield construction,a new type of electronically controlled brake device was designed for the pumping unit.According to the braking performance requirements of the pumping unit,the braking device is a double friction plate electromagnetic brake,which can produce twice the braking torque compared to the mechanical hand brake under the same braking positive pressure.The new electronically controlled braking device has large braking torque,compact structure,fast response,and simple operation.While satisfying the safe and stable braking of the pumping unit,it can also be controlled by PLC to realize remote braking.The 3D modeling of the new electronically controlled brake device was carried out,and the mechanical properties of the spline sleeves of the main components of the brake device were analyzed by NX and ANSYS software to verify the rationality of the new brake device design.
