摘  要:逐项分析了可能造成电爆活门活塞头行程超差故障的各种因素及原因,并进行了试验验证。验证结果表明:电爆活门活塞头行程超差故障是由于其活塞头与阀体之间存在粘合剂而导致的。为了解决该故障,对装配工艺提出了相应的改进措施,进一步提高了电爆活门工作的可靠性。The various factors and reasons that may cause the stroke of the piston head of the electric explosion valve to be out of tolerance are analyzed one by one,and the experiment is verified.The verification results show that the failure of the piston head stroke of the electric explosion valve is due to the existence of adhesive between the piston head and the valve body.In order to solve the fault,corresponding improvement measures were proposed for the assembly process,which further improved the reliability of the electric explosion valve.
