摘 要:在工程应用中,大型燃用褐煤机组也有采用中速磨煤机的情况,采用中速磨系统虽然系统简单、检修方便,但运行过程中普遍存在着干燥出力不足、热一次风温不足等实际情况。分析通过一次热风再加热方案以提高中速磨干燥出力,并结合在实际工程中应用的详细方案设计,阐述褐煤机组采用中速磨冷一次风正压直吹制粉系统的可行性及对热力系统和机组效率的影响,并与常规设计方案做了详细技术经济性对比分析,对于褐煤机组采用中速磨系统具有重要的指导意义。Large-scale lignite-fired units also have engineering applications that use medium-speed coal mills.Although the medium-speed mill system is simple in system and convenient for maintenance,there are common practical situations such as insufficient drying output and insufficient heat primary air temperature during operation.Analyzing the improvement of the drying output of the medium-speed mill through a hot-air reheating scheme,and combining the detailed scheme design applied in the actual project,the feasibility of the lignite unit adopting the medium-speed mill-cooled primary air positive pressure direct blowing pulverizing system is explained.And its impact on the thermal system and unit efficiency.A detailed technical and economic comparison analysis with conventional design schemes has important guiding significance for the use of medium-speed grinding systems in lignite units.
