基于Meta分析的金复康口服液辅助化疗治疗肺癌临床评价研究

摘　　要：目的:系统评价金复康口服液联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、SinoMed数据库,搜集关于金复康口服液联合化疗治疗肺癌的随机对照试验,检索时限均为从建库至2020年7月14日,由两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,通过RevMan 5.3、Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析和敏感性分析。结果:共纳入8项研究,累计818例患者。Meta分析结果显示,对比单纯化疗,加用金复康口服液不仅可以提高临床总有效率[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.11,1.29),P<0.000 01],改善生存质量[RR=3.40,95%CI(1.37,8.44),P=0.008],而且有助于缓解化疗导致的不良反应,改善机体免疫功能。结论:临床证据显示,在化疗基础上加用金复康口服液对肺癌有一定辅助治疗作用。但本研究结论尚需更多设计合理、严格执行的大样本随机双盲对照试验加以证实。Objective:Systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinfukang Oral Liquid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods:PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, the WanFang Data, VIP, and SinoMed were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Jinfukang oral liquid combined with chemotherapy of lung cancer from inception to July 14, 2020. Two authors independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias, then Meta-analysis and sensitivity analysis was then performed using RevMan 5.3, Stata 12.0 softwares. Results:A total of 8 RCTs with 818 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that: the combining use of Jinfukang oral liquid and chemotherapy could improve the total clinical effective rate(RR=1.20, 95%CI 1.11 to 1.29, P<0.000 01), improve the quality of life(RR=3.40, 95%CI 1.37 to 8.44, P=0.008), help to alleviate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and improve the immune function of the body. Conclusion:Clinical evidence shows that the combination of Jinfukang oral liquid on the basis of chemotherapy has a certain adjuvant treatment effect on lung cancer. However, the conclusions of this study need to be confirmed by more large-sample randomized double-blind controlled trials with reasonable design and strict implementation.
