摘 要:制备固体超强酸Fe_(2)O_(3)-SO^(2-)_(4)催化壬二酸和2-乙基己醇合成了壬二酸二辛酯.通过实验对催化剂种类、催化剂用量、壬二酸和2-乙基己醇物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间进行对比,研究各实验因素对合成壬二酸二辛酯产率的影响.经过实验优化,当催化剂固体超强酸Fe_(2)O_(3)-SO^(2-)_(4)用量为壬二酸质量的0.4%、壬二酸和2-乙基己醇物质的量比为1:3、反应温度为210℃、反应时间为2.5 h时,壬二酸二辛酯产率可达97.2%.该催化剂经过5次循环使用后,壬二酸二辛酯的产率仍可达到88.7%,具有较好的催化活性和稳定性.Solid super acid Fe_(2)O_(3)-SO^(2-)_(4)was prepared to catalyze nonaryl acid and 2-ethylhexanol to synthesize dioctyl azelate.The effects of various experimental factors on the yield of dioctyl azelate were investigated by contrasting the kinds and dosages of catalysts,the molar ratio of azelaic acid and 2-ethyl hexanol,reaction temperature and reaction time.After experimental optimization,when the solid super acid Fe_(2)O_(3)-SO^(2-)_(4)dosage was 0.4%of azelaic acid,the molar ratio of azelaic acid and 2-ethyl hexanol was 1:3,reaction temperature was 210℃,and reaction time was 2.5 h,and the dioctyl azelate yield was up to 97.2%.The solid super acid Fe_(2)O_(3)-SO^(2-)_(4)could be reused five times and still had a conversion rate of 88.7%.It exhibited excellent stability and catalytic activity.
