时速160公里“复兴号”动力集中动车组新疆运营适应性研究

摘　　要：为提高动力集中动车组在新疆恶劣环境运营的适应性、舒适性、可靠性与安全性,研究了时速160公里“复兴号”动力集中动车组在高温、强风沙、大温差、高寒等环境下的运营应对措施及维修标准.分析得出:高温影响主要表现为空调制冷不良,强风沙影响主要表现为雨刮器刮片翻转与烟感探测器误报警,大温差影响主要表现为通讯线积水与塞拉门下滑道积冰,高寒影响主要表现为过分相被击打与制动夹钳呼吸器积冰.In order to improve the adaptability,comfort,reliability and safety of the power centralized EMU operating in harsh environment in Xinjiang,the countermeasures for and maintenance standards of the 160 km/h"Fuxing"power centralized EMU operating under conditions of high temperatures,strong sandstorms,large temperature differences and super cold environment were studied.The results show that the influence of high temperatures is manifested mainly as poor refrigeration of air conditioning,the influence of strong sandstorms as wiper blade turnover and false alarms of smoke detectors,the influence of large temperature differences as water accumulation in communication lines and ice accumulation in slides under sliding door s,and the influence of super cold as excessive shock and ice accumulation in the breathing apparatus of brake clamps.
